When someone passes, there’s several forms which need to be completed to cover everything from transferring your loved one into our care, having a doctor visit, caring for the body, legally cremating, delivering the ashes and organising the death certificate. We’ve condensed all the information required down to several questions, all available on the website.

You simply complete the questions and your answers are securely sent to us. We populate the appropriate documentation. When you loved one passes, we can send you two separate emails to sign electronically. That means you click on the space saying ‘Sign Here’ and the computer records your signature.
